The other gets 12 months (maybe less) and community service for 5 violations of the National Firearms Act (fully automatic rifles and silencers), 7 felony charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, and illegal possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle. Granted, he has go around the country preaching to kids about how drugs and guns are naughty, a lesson he obviously hasn't learned. And he'll be back out soon selling music about ghetto drug 'traps' and the "thug life" (not that I care, First Amendment all the way!). He has previously served prison time for drug crimes and illegal firearms possession by a felon.
This is such bullshit! If a non-famous, non-wealthy citizen without a criminal record got busted with 5 NFA violations, he/she would be facing roughly 30 years in federal prison and a possible fine of $1,250,000.
